Your subscription is free, and you can use RatePal platform for 30 days as trial.
After trial period, your ratings will “stop responding” until you purchase license. Your data or account will not be affected by expired trial period.
You are free to use whole platform with all features unlocked for 30 trial days. Trial countdown will show on the top of your screen, until you make first order, which will make you subscriber. If trial period expired, you will still be able to login and configure your platform until you are ready to purchase the license.
All your data, you account settings and company setup will stay intact, even if trial expired.
Ones you purchase the license and activate your ratable entity, business can continue.
RatePal pricing model is ONE license per Ratable Entity.
In case you have many ratable entities (Which is anything you are targeting to rate) you will have to purchase a license for each. All could be in one simple order.
Once your order is completed, kindly ensure to link your Entities with active licenses so the related Rating Survey Templates can be made visible to your customer/consumers through the multiple access channels (QR/BarCode/Links, etc.)
License term can be either 30 days or 12 months. System will notify ahead of time upon approaching expiry date.
Promotion code is a number given by RatePal partner as special deal which usually target customers with large number of ratable entities, where they get special discount.
Ones payment is done, customer will get enterprise license which could be used for unlimited number of entities.
Enter Promotion Code in the order form to purchase your enterprise license.
Placing Payments will be through our predefined secured payment gateways (e.g. PayPal). Your credit card information will not be stored on file with us.
Upon every success order, you will receive invoice in PDF format for your financial tracking purposes. To access invoices, go to side menu and select orders. every line is a new order with link for invoice download.

After purchase process has been successful, you will be returned from PayPal page to RatePal. You should be able to see your licenses in couple of minutes after PayPal process the payment.

The codes are vector, so you can use it for high quality printing on your brochures, posters, door stickers, menus, etc.
Links are categorized, for better tracking and analysis, into five categories:
- Website (used for sharing on your company website)
- Social Media, Messengers (used for sharing thru social channels)
- Email (used for sharing by emails)

You are able to customize your arting template (Questionnaire) choosing fonts, colors, sizes, icons and images, including your own company or brand logo.
No. In this version of RatePal integration with other platforms is not available.

RatePal does not have any hidden fees, contracts, locks or termination fees. Your account is free forever, the only thing you pay upfront is license for your ratable entities, which enables your customers to rate it.
We won’t hold your reviews and data hostage either — You can export all your customers and reviews at any time.
Your rating as industry category and business type is public for all our subscribers, but your identity is private and hidden. Benchmarking will compare you with others, without sharing identity info.
